SHIPPING POLICY:

Lead times currently sit at 2 - 4 weeks. All standard orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Shipping and Handling Shipping costs will be quoted at time of order. Nashville Metal Art  will not be responsible for any additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, etc. International shipping quotes are for shipment from Nashville Metal Art to brokerage location.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Any order may be cancelled for any reason prior to shipment except custom orders. If an order is requested to be cancelled and has already been shipped please refer to our Returns And Exchange policy.

On these types of order we do not offer returns or refunds. We will offer exchanges for the same item.
