Why Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a game-changer for Nashville Metal Art, as we strive to revolutionize the fabrication industry. While we started off with laser metal cutting services in 2014, we've quickly expanded our offerings to include more value-added services such as laser cutting, deburring, custom metal work and now powder coating.

Our aim is to set new standards for customer experience and demonstrate what's possible in the sheet metal industry. However, before metal powder coating services were available, the majority of our manufactured sheet metal parts required additional downstream value-add services. Raw metal parts don't typically find their way into finished products without metal powder coating or other finishing services.

With our recent addition of powder coating services, this is no longer an issue for our customers. They can now receive parts with a durable, scratch-resistant, and chip-resistant powder coating, making Nashville Metal Art a single source for consumer-ready sheet metal. This significantly reduces prototyping design cycles and enables on-demand fabrication of cut, bent, and powder-coated sheet metal parts.
